Stay with God for He loves you!
Stay with God for He loves you!
Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
(Isaiah 55:6)
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
(John 3:16)
For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
(1 Corinthians 12:12)

Power and Authority of the Word of God
Word of God is the eternal thought of God: written (Logo) and spoken (Rhema) which gives us spiritual access to who God is and what He expects of us.
You may have access to Power, but do you the right to use the power. Faith activates the word of God. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. (Hebrews 11:6)
Scriptural Text: For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4:13) KJ
For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. (Hebrews 4:13) NIV
Quick/Living – ability to give life and establish an existence of someone or something
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. (John 6:63)
Powerful/Active – ability to defeat the strategies or tactics of the devil and is a change agent to help us accomplish God’s purpose for our lives.
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (Ephesians 6:11)
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2)
Sharper than any twoedged sword dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow – ability to cut going in and coming out while penetrating in all directions.
For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches. (Romans 11:16)
Discerner of thoughts and intents of the heart – ability to help us to know ourselves
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. (Isaiah 55:8)
Scriptural Text: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. (Isaiah 55:11)
My Word – what the Lord says; God inspired words
And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out. (Luke 4:36)
Goeth forth – moves, proceed forward
And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live. (Deuteronomy 8:3)
Not return unto me void but accomplished that which I please – what the Lord speaks is done
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. (Genesis 1:2:3)
Prosper – growth, progress
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. (3 John 2)
Whereto I sent it – specific place
The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. (Matthew 8:8)
